Power Workout for Dancers
I’ve been getting ready for this for quite some time now and am really excited to share my
concept, energy, and knowledge in order to help dancers to stay in shape, work on endurance
and prevent injuries.
As some of you know, I did not start dancing as a kid (I was 20ish), in fact I have a “sportive
background”. Which made it even more important to take care of my body if I wanted to make it
as a professional.
As most of us know dance especially “street styles”/”urban styles” are not considert sports. Thus
we know how much we ask from our bodies and how far we push while training, performing etc.
In other terms we HAVE to take care of our body and strengthen it additionally, through proper
workout AND nutrition..
With that being said, I have been trying to optimize my training for years now& feel like I am ready
to support dancers in that matter.

every second Wednesday 19:30-20:45
(open end, until we’re allowed to dance in the Studio again)
Since THIS is a group class, once a week, it is a full body training.
