„Ich liebe den menschlichen Körper , seine Vielfältigkeit und seine einzigartigen Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten durch Bewegung.
Ich bin zwar selbst Personal Trainer und zugegebenermaßen Bewegungsperfektionist aber gleichzeitig ein blutiger Anfänger was Tanzen betrifft.
Um komplexe und vielfältige Bewegungen einfach und fließend aussehen zu lassen braucht es JEMANDEN der einen an der Hand nimmt um ihm das WIE zu zeigen.
Als Ich Natka das erste mal beim Tanzcoaching gesehen habe wusste ich , hier bin ich richtig ! Mir ist es am schwersten gefallen beim Tanzen den Verstand loszulassen und meinen Körper auf die “Kommandobrücke” zu lassen.
Hierfür hatte Natka das perfekte Konzept für mich.
Sie gab mir in unseren Sessions eine Grundstruktur von immer wiederkehrenden Bewegungen, an denen ich mich festhalten konnte und mir dadurch mehr und mehr Sicherheit gab. Sicherheit die es braucht um dann loslassen zu können und “Tanz-Energie” durch den Körper fließen zu lassen.
Was ich auch sehr hilfreich fand war das Natka mir beigebracht hat Musik wahrhaftig zu HÖREN. Ich bin unendlich DANKBAR mich durch deine Hilfe auf eine einzigartige weise selbstentdeckt zu haben.

push creativity, it can widen your horizon and it can teach.

psychological and creativity pushing poetry.
